Statistics is one of the important subjects in science faculty. Statistics is used in our day to day life. Statistics used in mathematics like integration, derivation and new paper is introduce as mathematical statistics and also in economics as index number, time series, income and expenditure for calculation of problems in economics and new branch is introduce as econometrics.

In industry statistical quality control technique is used to check whether the process under control or not and to find prevention measures on it etc. Statistics used in actuarial science also to set the polices with the help of life table in vital statistics

In agriculture many statistical branches are used like design of experiment, regression ,correlation multivate analysis etc. By using vital statistics like record of birth, death, cause of death, life table which helps in research of medicine. Statistics used in war theory also “minimum time maximum destroy”.
