Secretary’s Message

Shri Saraswati Bhuvan Education Society has recently completed hundred years. The institute was established not only to provide education but also to inculcate national spirit amongst the students and with the extensive aim of providing education towards national solidarity. The institute experienced innumerable obstacles, difficulties and unfavorable situations. Journey till the date, of providing service by overcoming all difficulties, is really astounding.
This success has come due to those who have rendered selfless service and even sacrifice on a number of occasions. It is attributed to committed teachers, idealistic members of the institute, the trustee’s patrons as well as students who have given preference to this Centre of learning. At this juncture it is utmost important to introspect ourselves. From now on we need to be prepared for new challenges. No Doubt we have taken the inspiration and strength from our bright history to accept new challenges and to surpass them efficiently by striving for an overall development of our institute. Our institute will not flourish only on the good work done by earlier stalwarts but we, the present generation, will also have to put our heart and soul to enrich the reputation of our institute.
Our institute is renowned for its past and present Professors and Lecturers. In fact they are the brand ambassadors of the institute because they do their duties with sincerity and with object of grooming students. Those in the teaching profession today must take cognizance of the teachers in the past who were renowned and were profoundly respected. These teachers from the past performed their duties for the benefit of students, forgetting the rut of their routine life. A clean image and sound moral character were their distinct qualities. And that is why, even today, when the alumni students come together, they remember those committed teachers unfailingly and respectfully.
We are witness to this centenary celebrations. Very few institutions in Maharashtra have honor of completing 100 years. Students taking admissions to college in this year are lucky. My best Wishes to all of them for their bright career.
