Instructions for Participants

All faculty members and students registering for the Three-Day Hands-on National Workshop on Arduino are requested to carefully read and strictly follow the instructions given below.

1 Workshop Details

Workshop Title: Embedded Intelligence with Arduino: 21+ Smart Automation Projects
Dates: 2nd (Monday), 3rd (Tuesday) & 4th (Wednesday) February 2026
Duration: Three Days (Full Day Hands-on Sessions)
Mode: Offline
Venue: Conference Hall, S.B.E.S. College of Science, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Maximum Participants: 65 (including faculty members)

2 Eligibility

Open to Faculty Members and Students from B.Sc., BCS, M.Sc., Engineering, Polytechnic, MCA
Students with background in Computer Science, Physics, and Electronics will be especially benefited

3 Registration Dates

Registration Period: 17 January 2026 to 27 January 2026
Registrations will be accepted only within the above dates, subject to seat availability.

4 Registration Fees & Payment Mode

Online through QR ₹2000/- per participant (Within registration period)
Spot / Late ₹2500/- per participant (Cash only)
No online payment facility after the registration deadline
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment
Only full-fees payment registrations are confirmed
Partial payment or reservation without payment will not be accepted

5 What the Registration Fee Includes

Participation in all theory and hands-on practical sessions
Breakfast, tea, and lunch on all three days
Registration kit
Certificate of Participation (subject to attendance criteria)

6 Arduino Development Kit (Mandatory)

Arduino development kits will be provided by the organizers during workshop sessions strictly for practice purposes only.
The provided Arduino kits must be returned to the organizers after completion of sessions / workshop.

Arduino development kit is NOT included in the registration fee
The kit will not be taken home by participants
Participants wishing to own a kit must purchase it separately at their own cost

7 Attendance & Certification

A minimum of 70% attendance is mandatory
Certificates will be issued only to participants who meet the attendance requirement and complete the workshop activities

8 Refund & Cancellation Policy

>> No refund will be provided under any circumstances.
>> No cancellation of registration is permitted.
>> Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

9 General Instructions

Participants must attend all sessions punctually
Bringing a laptop for Arduino programming is strongly recommended
Active participation in hands-on experiments, mini-projects, and evaluation activities is expected
The workshop will conclude with evaluation, valedictory session, and certificate distribution

10 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the workshop, participants agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and decisions of the organizing committee.

Note: Seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
