About Me
Under my guidance, B. Sc. Students have a won seminar competition on the topic “Synthetic Chromosomes- a new tool in Gene delivery”. For the school children of Viramgaon, Tq. Khultabad, I regularly organize demonstration lectures in Plant Science, for the popularization of Science, since last 3 years. As a part of extension service of the Dept. of Botany of S. B. E. S. College of Science, I coach the school children of Sharada Mandir Girls’ High School and S. B. Boys’ High School who appear for National Talent Search Exams. Also provide coaching to students of Varah Mihir Science Center, Aurangabad, for their Homi Bhabha Junior Scientist Exams. Organised Dental check up, Haemoglobin Check up and Eye Check up camps for the Girl students and female Staff of our College, as a part of Women’s Development Cell Activities. Organised a Soil analysis camp for 100 farmers at Viramgaon, Dist. Auranagabad under the IQAC of our college. For the first time in our college, I organized a campus selection activity for B. Sc. Botany Students for our college.
Responsibilities
- Working as Head, Department of Botany, Since June 2009
- Worked on various college committees during Annual Social Gathering.
- Carried out the responsibility as Chief Editor of the college Magazine for 3 years.
- Elected as Member of Local Management Committee of the S. B. E. S.College of Science,from Jan. 2012, for 5 years.
